Prior to starting her own transactional entertainment practice, Marlo was Vice President/Assistant Chief Counsel for The Walt Disney Studios where she worked for 18 years, beginning in the home video division and later transitioning into the Studio distribution group handling both television and film content.
Marlo graduated from Stanford University where she played on the tennis team winning two NCAA championships and the UCLA School of Law where she was Order of the Coif (top 10%) and 10th in her graduating class. She is a member of the California Bar.
